MY AirAsia : Its Cheap, Go Travel Now !

Tony Fernandes who runs Air Asia, the most upcoming low cost airline in Malaysia and gaining substancial weightage in APAC region also, mentioned that Air Fare is cheap now, so everyone should take this opportunity to travel more often. He even stated that, everyday different kind of virus kill many people and today's AH1N1 issue is WAY MUCH less dangerous than SARS back then ... and subsequently hinted everybody to travel using AirAsia more often despite current health condition because the low sales start to kill him badly ...

What he could have said is,

"We have taken extra measures
to sanitize before every flight and
every passenger will be given a mask
at the lost cost of RM3 eacy only.
So don't worry to travel,
we are always here for you,
through good and bad times."

MY Najib : BN is strong even without PAS

A few weeks ago, Najib hinted someone in PAS has initiated unity talk for UMNO. PAS is an element party in Pakatan Rakyat (opposition party) while UMNO is an element in Barisan National (party in power). There was saying that Najib purposely want to shake the unity in Pakatan. However, after some long haul, finally Pakatan had a meeting and unitely agree will NOT conduct unity talk with Barisan.

After hearing this latest news, Najib responded that even without involvement from other parties, Barisan will continue to be strong managing the whole country.

Saying this is as if someone has doubted Barisan's capability without the unity from PAS, this implication alone is not a good EQ statement. What should have been said is

" ... It doesn't matter. We are always open to any discussion that can lead to the benefit for this country. Whoever want to join us to make a bigger and better change, we are welcome too!"

This way, it shows how 'open' and 'transparent' they are while continue to hint that people unhappy with this decision in PAS can join them, which may continue to split PAS internal teams up.
